With the help of the AttraTec Kirrstation, you ensure an extremely attractive daily Kirrung while completely avoiding any anxiety. If there is also a suitable salt spring and a “popular” painting tree, then you have provided excellent conditions for a daily approach, because: Many tests have shown quite clearly that daily bait drives are perceived very well by game and as more or less is perceived as very disturbing.
By the way: The daily baiting trips are not only good for the environment and your game, but also for you: You gain time and save on fuel costs. Assuming that you travel a total of 10 km to and from the station every day (which is certainly not much), then an investment in a feeding station will usually pay for itself in less than a year – and with significantly increased chances to hunting success!
The operation of the putty machine is very easy. You can set up to 6 Kirk times per day at your own discretion. By selecting the spreading times and the motor power, you can individually adapt the output quantity to the kibble and the spreading circle. It is possible to spend less than one kilogram (feeding) or several kilograms (distraction feeding, emergency feeding) – depending on requirements. The combination of 12V battery with solar panels (1.5W) ensures a self-sufficient power supply. Please note when hanging: Avoid aligning the solar panels to the north! It doesn’t have to be in the sun all day, but it should be able to convert the sun’s rays into electricity once in a while.
Despite its volume of 220 l, the total weight of the feeding station is less than 20 kg. This ensures easy assembly and disassembly and allows very flexible use. For example, the template of 220 l can also be used as storage for kibble – which makes it considerably easier (kibble doesn’t have to be “temporarily stored” and thus moved twice). The feeding station can be hung directly on a tree or on a tripod with the help of a load loop. Suspension from a stable tree at a height of 5-6 m ensures that easy access by unauthorized persons is not possible.
