AttraTec No 8 Hunter’s Care Wash is a mild detergent that is ideal for cleaning hunting clothing made of functional textiles and wool. AttraTec No 8 Hunter’s Care Wash effectively removes odors and dirt from clothing.

The basis for the increased cleaning power of AttraTec No 8 is the increased content of washing-active substances. These not only remove dirt and odors from clothing, but also keep dirt and odors in solution in the wash water: both are crucial for effective cleaning. By the way: the labeling of AttraTec No 7 “Causes skin irritation,…” is due to this increased concentration of washing-active substances. Diluting AttraTec No 7 with washing water already gives you a label-free washing liquid. In the rinse cycle, residues of washing-active substances are removed just as effectively as with conventional detergents.

Before washing, check whether there are still smells in your washing machine from the last wash. If necessary, first carry out an empty wash cycle with AttraTec No 8 only. You can also add chlorine bleach to this pre-clean.

After washing, store the clothing in an airtight plastic bag or box until you wear it on a hunt so that the clothing cannot pick up any telltale odors. Depending on the length of the trip to the hunt, put on your clothes at home or only in the hunting ground.

Odorless clothing in combination with a shower with AttraTec No 6 Shower before the hunt and effective odor masking at the hide, e.g. with AttraTec No 1, can increase the probability of hunting success easily, quickly (uncomplicated) and significantly!

The “reduce inherent odor, mask the rest” strategy is very cost-effective and has proven itself in practice.
